Hotel Cancellation / Retention Policy

  • The cancellations made 30 Days prior shall draw 15% retention
  • The cancellations made 15 Days To 30 Days prior shall draw 25% retention
  • The cancellations made 07 Days To 15 Days prior shall draw 50% retention
  • The cancellations made less than 07 Days prior to the  arrival  shall draw 100% retention
  • High Peak  Season  (15/Dec. – 15/Jan.  )   any cancellations towards bookings once confirmed from our end shall be Non-refundable.

Check – in / check-out Policy

Check – in / Check-out Policy

  • The check – in and check – out timings are  14:00 hrs. / 12:00 hrs. respectively.
  • Late check – out and early check – in requests are subject to availability and on payment of additional charges.

 

Late Check-out charges  ( after 12:00 hrs.) :

  • 25% of the room rate between 12:00-14:00 hrs.
  • 50 % of the room rate between 12:00-18:00 hrs.
  • 100 % of the room rate after 18:00 hrs.

 

Early Check-in Charges :

  • Before 06:00 hrs. shall be charged 100% of the applicable rate.
  • Between 06:00 –  10:00 hrs. will be charged 50% of the applicable rate
  • Between 10:00 – 14:00 hrs. without any charges but subject to room availability.

HOTEL POLICY

  • Bookings will be processed after receipt of 50% Advance Payment at the time of booking.
  • Breakfast will be chargeable on the day of Arrival (as our check-in time is 14:00 hrs.).
  • Early check-in will be on chargeable basis on availability of the room.
  • Following recent government notifications, we are required to offer accommodation to our guests only against a valid photo ID issued by the government of India (with an exception of your PAN card), such as a valid Passport / Driving License / Voter ID / Aadhar card.
  • Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in.
  • The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in.
  • We accept Cash /Master Card/Visa Card only for the check-out settlement.
  • All Government Taxes applicable are subject to change without any prior notice.
  • Visitors coming to meet our In-house guest are not permitted in the hotel room or premises; they can meet them in the Lobby only.
  • Child Policy:
    • Children up to the age of 05 years, stay with the compliments of the hotel with breakfast but without an extra bed.  If an extra bed/mattress is required then it will be chargeable @ Rs 1,000 /Rs. 700 per night including all taxes.
  • Outside Food & Beverage Policy:
    • Outside food or beverage of any kind will not be permitted into the hotel premises or rooms. A corkage fee of Rs 500  per item will be charged for bringing your own food/drinks into the resort.
  • Swimming Pool Policy: 
    • Rights of admission into the swimming pool are reserved.
    • Proper swim wear is compulsory for using the pool facility. Any beach wear is not a swim wear, hence guests are requested to make their arrangements for proper swim wear either before arrival or after checking in to the property.
    • For Hygiene reasons, all persons are required to take a shower before entering the pool, which is located at the pool side shower area.
    • Guests swim at their own risk and the hotel will not be responsible for any injuries resulting out of negligence.
    • Children up to the age of 4 yrs are allowed only if wearing swimming diapers.
    • Please note we do not sell or rent any swimming costumes or diapers.
  • Resort is not responsible for any losses, damages, or theft during your stay. We provide electronic safety lockers in all the rooms. Guests are requested to keep all their valuables in these lockers.
  • Guests shall be liable for any damage to the Hotel/Room asset. In case of any damage caused to the hotel/room, the Management can claim the recovery charges from the guest.
  • Guest shall keep the Hotel room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness
  • Check out time is 12:00 hrs. – Please inform the reception if you wish to retain your room beyond this time. Extension will be given depending on the availability. If the room is available, normal tariff will be charged. On failure of the guest to vacate the room on expiry or period the management shall have the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room occupied by the Guest.
  • Pets are not-allowed in the property.
