Our check-in and check-out timings are 14:00 hrs. / 12:00 hrs. respectively. We do take requests for early check-ins and late check-outs but these are subject to availability and payment of additional charges. While we aim to offer you the most relaxed check-in process, we must comply with government regulations. The government of India requires that we provide accommodation to our guests only with a valid photo ID. If you are joining us from overseas, we will scan your passport. In case, you’re a domestic traveller, we would need a valid photo ID issued by the Government of India such as a valid passport/driving license/voter ID/ Aadhar card. Please note this does not include your PAN card. Without this, our hands are tied, and we won’t be able to check you in
For the safety of all our guests, we request that if you invite guests to the hotel, you use either the hotel lobby or the restaurant. Visitors are not permitted in hotel rooms unless they sign in and show us valid photo IDs as well
We accept Cash / Master Card / Visa Card for check-in payments. All government taxes applicable are subject to change without any prior notice
Please note that the hotel reserves the right of admission
We provide electronic safety lockers in all the rooms, and we highly recommend you keep your valuables in these lockers. The resort is not responsible for any losses, damages, or theft during your stay.
We hope you’ll take care of our property but in the event, there is damage to the room/hotel property, guests will be liable for any damage to the hotel/room. In case of any damage (including hygiene, cleanliness) caused to the hotel/room by a guest, the management can claim the recovery charges from the guest
We do not allow pets on the property
The pool at our resort is the centre of everyone’s attention. It is the perfect place to relax, unwind, enjoy a dip in the water or swim to your heart’s content. The pool is open 7 days a week, from 07.00 to 18.00 hours.
While we want all our guests to enjoy our pool, we have ‘pool etiquettes’ in place for hygiene and safety reasons. These include:
Proper swimwear is compulsory for using the pool facility. Any beachwear is not swimwear, hence guests are requested to make their arrangements for proper swimwear either before arrival or after checking in to the property
For hygiene reasons, all guests are required to take a shower before entering the pool, which is located at the poolside shower area
Guests swim at their own risk and the hotel will not be responsible for any injuries resulting from negligence
Children up to the age of 4 yrs are allowed only if wearing swimming diapers
Please note we do not sell or rent any swimming costumes or diapers
Rights of admission into the swimming pool are reserved
We are sorry to hear that you wish to cancel your booking with us. The team at Soul Vacation were looking forward to hosting you at our hotel. We do not charge any cancellation fee if you wish to cancel up to 7 days before your booking. However, we charge a 100% cancellation fee 7 days prior to your visit. We do hope you give us another look, and an opportunity to host you in the future
