Sound Healing
Singing bowls, gong baths, and guided nada yoga. Vibration as medicine — for the over-stimulated mind that has forgotten how to settle.
Vibration as medicine.
Sound Healing is our shortest and most contemplative programme — five nights built around vibration as medicine. Singing bowls, gong baths, and guided nada yoga work on the over-stimulated mind in a way that talking and effort cannot, reaching the nervous system directly through resonance.
It pairs beautifully with a few warm-oil therapies and daily yoga, and suits guests who want something restorative rather than rigorous — a short, deep exhale for a mind that has run too hot for too long.
Five nights is a small commitment for a surprisingly deep one. Many guests arrive sceptical of sound as therapy and leave having had the quietest, most complete rest they can remember.
